What is tumbling?
Tumbling focuses on floor-based skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, flips and walkovers. It’s a great way to build body awareness, flexibility and strength while learning exciting new skills in a safe environment. Our experienced coaches teach each skill step-by-step, helping athletes progress at their own pace while developing strong foundations.
